Returns Policy

Our goal is that every customer is overwhelmed with excitement & satisfaction with their purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer care department for a hassle free return. All returns & exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

Orders will be Shipped by USPS on the same or next business day of receiving full payment (M-F) Separate orders with same shipping address will be combined unless otherwise instructed by buyer. USPS Tracking Number will be provided. Please contact us (GOCAREPRO@GMAIL.COM) if you have not received your order within the expected shipping time frame detailed below.

US SHIPPING: As a Thank You for your purchase, enjoy Free Shipping on all USA orders over $50 on us! Shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days to arrive. For the orders under $50, we charge the shipping fee $6 per pound.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping fees apply for international orders. We can ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express. Average shipping time for first class international mail is 7-28 business days depending on your country's customs and when they decide to release the package. Times can vary depending on how quickly customs processes the item, generally you can expect longer times around the holidays. Some packages may be released earlier than others, it's just the luck of the draw.
